PacPro designs and manufactures a range of quality packaging machinery specifically for erecting and packing regular slotted cartons (RSC) and half slotted cartons (HSC).
All equipment is designed to cover the range of carton sizes in general commercial use, with safe and reliable operation, ease of use, fast size change, low cost and small footprint the major benefits in all models.
The equipment is of vertical design providing top loading of the product. The design provides great flexibility and product may be rigid (bottles, cans, tubs, trays) or flexible (bags, pouches). Carton sealing may be either by hot melt adhesive or tape, and layer sheet placement is available as an option.
The company adopts a design philosophy of making best use of available technology and materials to achieve its prime design objectives of safety, ease of use and flexibility. Extensive use is made of servo and inverter technology for fast and shock free positioning of product and cartons. Screen based control systems with industry standard networking, provide safe and efficient operation, full diagnostic display, rapid product change and production data upload facility.
All equipment is designed using an industry leading three dimensional solids modelling CAD system, linked to an appropriate commercial package. The design process allows comprehensive analysis of component strength, mechanism dynamics and ease of assembly and maintenance. This integration produces full component and assembly documentation and accurate equipment manuals.
The modular design of the company products allows use of common assemblies such as main frames, magazines, erector heads, sealers, loaders and control systems. The equipment is fully integrated into one frame allowing complete safety guarding and interlocking of all modules. Safety is designed in from the outset and includes full opening access doors, automatic door locks and switches and intregated into the machine control system.
The end result is conservatively designed equipment complete with full operator and maintenance manuals supported by local back up at an affordable price.
