MKA is a Melbourne based manufacturer of all types of Packaging and Food machinery blades, sealing jaws, sealing tools and machine spares. MKA was originally started in 1986 making serrated blades for Vertical form fill and seal machines and grew into making machine knives of all types and has now is a complete engineering facility. MKA can manufacture complete tools for tray sealers and thermo formers, manufacture and recondition sealing jaws, Machine rollers for forming or cutting products. With a modern well-equipped engineering facility and the latest in CNC equipment as well as many conventional engineering machines. This gives MKA the ability to make many parts from many materials including tool steels, stainless steel, Nylons, Alloys and MKA also has experience with many coating including Chromes, Nickel's, Titanium's, PTFE( Teflon) coatings and Anodising.

MACHINE SPARES
Machine Knives Australia (MKA) manufactures and reconditions all types of packaging and food machinery blades and machinery spares. These include Sealing Jaws which are made and reconditioned, machine spares and machinery parts from many different types of materials such as tool steels, stainless steels, alloys, nylons etc. MKA also provide sealing tools for tray sealers and thermo formers. MKA recondition all types of spares and can re-coat these parts in many different coatings such as nickels, PTFE (Teflon), chromes, titanium's, anodising etc.
MACHINE BLADES
MKA is a proud Australian manufacturer of all types of packaging and food machinery blades. These include serrated knives for Form Fill and Seal machines, knives and anvils for horizontal flow wrappers, tray sealer knives, thermo formers blades and punches, Punch and dies tools, product guillotine and cutter blades for food equipment including slicing, dicing, chopping etc. circular blades and slitters. MKA has many different materials which are not readily available locally which includes knife grade stainless steel, high speed steels and other tool steels. This gives them the ability to manufacture to a quality equal to OEM blades.
