KHS Pacific, established in 1988 as H & K Pacific, is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHS Germany, an amalgamation of Holstein and Kappert and Seitz Enzinger Noll under their parent Klneckner - Werke AG. Until 1988 Holstein and Kappert were represented throughout the Pacific Basin region on an agency basis, but felt their strength as the leading supplier of packaging and ancillary equipment to the brewing and beverage industries worldwide, justified the establishment of their own company in the region.Since the amalgamation in late 1990 of Holstein and Kappert and Seitz Enzinger Noll, KHS Pacific operates from a broader base and can now offer packaging systems to the wine, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries in addition to their traditional involvement in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This capability has been further enhanced by the 2008 acquisition of Corpoplast, Plasmax and Asbofill.
KHS Pacific also represents a number of world leaders in other types of packaging machinery, including equipment for food, dairy and edible fat manufacturers, etc. KHS Pacific’s team of specialists has the knowledge and expertise to design, supply, install and commission complete manufacturing plants on a ‘turnkey’ basis. KHS Pacific offers facilities an automated warehouse for most commonly used spare parts for fast customer service and the facilities also allow to completely overhaul and recondition packaging and associated equipment of all types through an associated company.
