MODULAR PLASTIC CONVEYOR BELT
Intralox invented Modular Plastic Belting (MPB) over forty years ago. Today, this technology is the standard in food, packaging, tyre, beverage, container, and other industries worldwide.
Constructed of plastic modules and hinge rods, and driven and tracked by plastic sprockets, Intralox belts have the qualities that plant operators and designers look for: corrosion resistance, positive drives, high strength, low friction, and abrasion resistance. MPB can be built to almost any width or length, and with a variety of flights, sideguards, and other accessories.
Since their founder invented it, MPB has proven to be a long-lasting, low-maintenance, safe, and hygienic conveyance solution. Its versatility has allowed them to continually expand their product line to include application-specific MPB innovations like Spiralox spiral belting, Hygienic SeamFree belting, Hi-Impact and Hi-Temp belting, and the Abrasion Resistant System.
ARB TECHNOLOGY
Intralox's Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology brings dramatic improvements to system layouts involving processes such as sorting, depalletising, merging and case turning in order to increase functionality and reduce costs. Proven in over 2,500 installations worldwide, ARB equipment enables product handling flexibility, high throughput, reduced footprint and simplified controls.
