Company Overview

Axelent Automation and Safety is the Australia and New Zealand distributor for the Swedish manufactured Axelent products. Managing Director, Ty Harwood was introduced to the Axelent brand in the early 2000s after seeing the products at a European trade show. By 2010 the timing was right and Ty began talks to retain the exclusive distribution rights in Australia and NZ. Fast forward to now and Axelent has well and truly made its mark on their local market. 
 
Consistently exceeding industry safety standards with premium quality solutions for robotics, machinery, material handling, mill-works and other industrial applications. AS4024.1 Safety compliant, and over 4kms of stock warehoused in Adelaide to ensure exceptionally efficient order turnaround. X-GUARD
Machine Guarding without limitations with X-Guard. 13 width and four height options plus a long list of additional options and accessories, make this a complete and tailored solution for your machine safety requirements.  Use the special X-Key to remove a panel in just a few seconds to access the guarded area, this reduces cost of ownership by providing quick access to the guarded machinery during a break down or maintenance. The installation process is so quick and easy that you need to see it to believe it. Even their largest panel systems can be installed by one person.
 
Snapperworks is our user-friendly, custom designed CAD drawing program. Planning your guarding requirements with X-Guard is as easy as a click, drag and drop, giving you an accurate drawing which makes quoting and ordering fast, easy and accurate.
 
X-TRAY
A simple, smart and flexible solution to organise and control cables. X-Tray wire cable management system offers the longest support distance on the market. A large range of sizes and four surface treatments (incl 316L Stainless) make this an incredibly adaptable product.
 
The X-Tray can be used in conjunction with the X-Guard, or as a stand-alone product with the ability to be mounted from the wall, floor or ceiling. Five surface treatment coating options available to ensure the X-Tray will last in any environment. Fast and easy to assemble, corners and curves are no problem, and can be created without any welding.
